The Lumiere Ballroom is one of the most modern, state-of-the-art facilities in the metroplex, with nearly 14,000 square feet of column-free flexible space. Fiber optic star-field lighting invokes the perfect mood for your guests, whether focusing on a seminar, relaxing into a perfectly-catered banquet or dancing the night away.

Executive Boardroom

The perfect meeting space for important business meetings, the Executive Board Room boasts the latest technology in a comfortable and inviting space.

Accommodating up to 20 people, the Executive Board Room is located on the Mezzanine level and worlds away from events happening elsewhere in the Conference Center. Equipped with a 60” monitor and blackout curtains, your clients can stay focused on business. Two individual work stations are located just outside, so busy executives step away without distributing their colleagues.

The Hurst Conference Center offers flexible meeting spaces to accommodate any size business meetings or conferences.

Whether you want an intimate space for 50 colleagues or a large hall to fit 250 guests, your attendees will enjoy comfortable surroundings with the technology to help get the job done. Verandah

Our outdoor Verandah is an intimate patio area that can be included as part of your event space. With fireplaces, an outdoor bar and a relaxing water feature, up to 200 guests are free to experience this flexible outdoor option. It’s ideal for enjoying sunny days or cool Texas nights.
